Today I looked back on "this" blog. I have been writing in my "cancer" blog and had kind of forgotten all the wonderful, fun things that have happened before the BIG "C". It was fun to go back and read posts that I wrote a year... or even more... and smile AND cry with some of those happenings.
This past year has been difficult at best for me. Many things have changed for me, personally. My body - definitely. Relationships - some people have been unable to still be my friend and others have become closer. My insight into myself - what I really think and feel about things - has changed. My faith has grown stronger and deeper.
I've had some great times over the past year as well. Here's a recap~
August brought me the first "Reid cousins" Family Reunion.
All of my living Reid cousins met at my cousin Margaret's home.
It was great!

August 24 brought my first Chemo

Chemo lasted for 6 treatments of Taxotere, Carboplatin and Herceptin
every three weeks

Even though I've been fighting cancer this past year - my life has been very full. I'm one lucky woman. I have the greatest family on earth.
I truly have a wonderful life!
